Our goal is to make this rigorous process a lot smoother and easier for our clients, as they are expected be going through a lot when dealing with commercial property damage. Our first step is to send out one of our members to inspect the property and assess the damages. Then, we begin composing your commercial insurance claim. We provide your insurance company with photos, videos, measurements, estimates, Sworn Proof of Loss, and many other documents requested by your carrier when opening a claim. These assets help to back up and justify your claim. We also have an outreach of industry professionals that collaborate with us, if need be. Engineers, architects, lawyers, accountants, appraisers, home inspectors, mold assessors, water restoration companies, roofers, and plumbers are all part of our circle of connections. None of our services will ever cost you out of pocket. We only get paid a percentage of the settlement from the insurance, when we win the claim.
As we finish constructing and submitting the claim, our clients may become as involved, or uninvolved, as they would like to be in the negotiation process with the insurance. Our intention is to always look out for the client’s best interest. Commercial claims can often be tricky. From when the inspection is first made, to when the settlement is reached, the entire process may last up to a year. Throughout this entire process, our adjusters will constantly be in communication with the insurance company and informing our clients on the statuses of their claims.
